At Urban Thread Co, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging
Please note: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at returns@urbanthreadco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at returns@urbanthreadco.com, and we’ll help you set up an exchange if your item is still in stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
